CHAMAN: At least one person was killed and seven others including a UC nazim seriously wounded in a clash between two groups here at the Mall Road on Wednesday.
The scuffles originated from a petty matter and turned into a bloody clash when the two groups indulged in use of fire arms and knives. As a result six people were wounded and were shifted to hospital for treatment.
In the hospital the two groups clashed again in which a patient was hurt.
One of the injured identified as Abdul Ghaffoor succumbed to the injuries in the hospital.
A heavy contingent of police rushed to the hospital and took control of the situation.
