Rockets Hit Installations in Bajaur

KHAR: A barrage of rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs) landed Saturday at various government and public installations in chief town of Bajaur, reported A Pakistan News.

RPGs supposed to be fired from Mamoond tehsil by unknown militants hit various buildings, including the office of the political agent, local press club and a hospital in Civil Colony area in Khar, the administrative headquarter of Bajaur agency.

Security forces have blocked all the roads leading to Khar following the attack.

Meanwhile, at least five people were wounded in Omrai when security forces targeted the suspected hideouts of militants in the area with cannon fire.
