Mumbai: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is one busy lady — balancing films, brand endorsements and her personal life.
Though Aishwarya was busy shooting in Kochi for Mani Ratnam’s Ravana, she flew down to Mumbai for a day for her dad’s 70th birthday. Add to that, she also walked the ramp for an international brand of watch that she endorses.
“It’s all about time management,” she said.
And while Aishwarya may have her hands full with Robot, Ravana and Sanjay Bhansali’s next film, we couldn’t help but ask her why she gave Priyanka’s role in Dostana a miss.
“It was soon after our wedding and we didn’t want to do that kind of a film. So we spoke about it and I opted out,” Aishwarya replied.
Aishwarya will be next seen in Pink Panther 2 with Steve Martin but while the trailers hardly feature her, the former Miss World is not complaining.
“We are actors and professional. We never complain about these things,” she says.
Here’s hoping that the final full length movie does justice to Ash’s much-hyped Hollywood stint.
